  1. Compile Inventory of all paper records
  2. Prioritise records that need to be rescued first (priority according to their state/conditions of paper records)
  3. scanning
  4. Indexing
  5. Quality control
  6. uploading to main server for permanent storage
  7. original paper records kept in acid-free archival boxes and stored in Records Room (out of office archives)
