Southern African Science Service Centre for Climate Change and Adaptive Land Management: A joint initiative of Angola, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Germany. DWD supports the data management and data rescue activities of the meteorological services in the region (esp. INAMET (Angola), DMS (Botswana) and ZMD (Zambia)), e.g. by providing data from its historical archives but also by providing training related to data rescue and management.
